What should I check before applying store credit to an order?
Keep the transaction record showing the amount actually applied. Avoid entering the same code into unrelated websites or forms.
What should I do when product information is unclear or conflicting?
Review the final order summary to see whether the clarified option is recorded correctly. Proceed using confirmed information and acknowledge any remaining limits rather than filling them with assumptions.
What should I do if I may have placed the same order twice?
Keep a record of the request to resolve the duplication. Resolve the duplication from documented order records and confirmed seller actions.
